Refund Policy for PureSplash Pool Services At PureSplash Pool Services, we are dedicated to providing top-tier pool maintenance and cleaning services. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have a smooth experience with our services. Please review our refund policy below: Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will either re-perform the service or offer a partial refund depending on the issue. Refund Requests If you feel that our service did not meet your expectations, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service being completed. We ask that you provide details regarding your concerns so we can quickly address and resolve the matter. Full Refund Conditions If a service was not performed as described or was canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, severe weather conditions), you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7 business days. Partial Refunds In cases where the service was not fully completed or there were minor issues, a partial refund or credit for a future service may be offered. Each case will be evaluated individually, and we aim to find a solution that satisfies you. Cancellation Refund Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any pre-paid deposit or payment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed. Refund Process Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that card.
